Email Template Builder

How It Works on PC (Desktop/Laptop)

1. Subject Line Tester

   • Type a subject line into the text box.

   • Click “Test Subject Line” → the tool checks length and certain keywords (like free, limited, win) and gives a score out of 100.

2. Email Template Builder

   • In the Toolbox, pick an item:

     • Header → adds a heading.

     • Text → adds a text block.

     • Image → inserts an image placeholder.

     • Button → inserts a styled button. type in name for the button click ok and past a link.

   • Drag and drop the block from the toolbox into the Canvas area.

3. Editing Blocks

   • Double-click Header/Text → edit the words directly.

   • Double-click Image → enter a new image URL.

   • Double-click Button → change the button text.  

4. Export Options

   • Clear → removes all blocks and resets canvas.

   • Export HTML → opens a modal showing the HTML code. Copy it to use in an email campaign.

   • Download PDF → generates a PDF file of the email template (email-template.pdf).

How It Works on Phones/Tablets

1. Subject Line Tester

   • Works the same → type your subject line and tap “Test Subject Line” to get a score.

2. Email Template Builder

   • Toolbox blocks cannot be dragged (since mobile browsers don’t handle drag well).

   • Instead: Tap on any block (Header, Text, Image, Button) → it will be automatically added to the Canvas.

3. Editing Blocks

   • Tap once → selects the block.

   • Double-tap:

     • Header/Text → edit the text.

     • Image → enter a new image URL.

     • Button → change button text.type in name for the button click ok and past a link. 

4. Export Options

   • Same as PC:

     • Clear resets.

     • Export HTML shows the code in a modal, with a Copy button.

     • Download PDF saves your email template as a PDF file (works on most mobile browsers).
