How It Works

1. 1️⃣ Enter Your Business Details

   • Upload your business logo (optional).

   • Fill in your Business Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email Address.

   • The date field is auto-filled with today’s date, but you can edit it.

   • Optionally add an Invoice Number for your records.

   2️⃣ Add Your Customer’s Information

   • Enter the Customer’s Name, Phone Number, and Address.

   • Choose the preferred Currency (₦, $, €, £, ¥).

   3️⃣ Add Items or Services

   • Type the Item Name, Quantity, and Price.

   • Click “Add Item” to include it in your invoice.

   • Each item automatically appears in a table below with its total.

   • The Grand Total updates instantly — no calculator needed!

   4️⃣ Preview Your Invoice

   • Click “Generate Preview” to open a clean, responsive invoice preview inside the page.

   • You’ll see your logo, business info, customer info, and itemized totals exactly how they’ll appear on the final invoice.

   5️⃣ Download or Print

   • Inside the preview modal, you can:

     • 💾 Click “Download PDF” to save your invoice locally.

     • 🖨️ Click “Print Invoice” to get a clean, printer-ready copy.

   6️⃣ Done!

   You now have a professional, formatted invoice ready to send to your clients via email, WhatsApp, or print copy.
